Situated in the heart of Coconut Grove at the crossroads of Grand Avenue, Matilda Street, and Florida Avenue, Ziggurat will cover approximately 1.7 acres. It will feature a dynamic mix of office, residential, and retail spaces, all thoughtfully designed to capture the vibrant and distinctive essence of Coconut Grove.

The proposed development will feature a six-story office building offering 100,000 square feet of premium office space, alongside a 4-story condominium building with 19 ultra-luxury residences. Additionally, approximately 40,000 square feet of retail space will occupy the ground floor of both structures. A signature element of the project will be a rooftop restaurant, providing breathtaking panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.

The development will also include pedestrian-friendly paseos leading to a central courtyard that is lushly landscaped to create a tranquil environment for residents, workers, and visitors alike. Retail spaces on the ground floor will flow seamlessly into this outdoor oasis, with a curated selection of shops, restaurants, and wellness-focused businesses.

Allen Morris Company, in partnership with the city of Miami, will be transforming the neighboring Fuller Street and Kirk Munroe Park, into a world-class public green space.
