The Creative Village Master Plan is a public-private partnership with Ustler Development serving as a co-development partner with Allen Morris. Creative Village builds upon the success of Orlando’s digital media industry by transforming the former Amway Arena site into a 68-acre mixed-use, transit-oriented, urban infill neighborhood in the heart of Downtown Orlando that will include academic buildings, student housing, market-rate housing, office
space, retail and hospitality.

Creative Village is anchored by the new downtown campus of UCF and Valencia College as well as the 180,000 SF regional headquarters of EA Sports.
