Star Metals Hotel+Residences, located in the heart of the West Midtown arts and entertainment district in Atlanta, is the fourth phase of the $500 million mixed-use Star Metals District.
The Hotel+Residences includes a boutique hotel offering with 99 keys, 300 multifamily units, best-in-class ground floor food and beverage, a full 9th floor amenity deck including a botanical bar experience and cantilevered pool, as well as an underground speakeasy jazz bar and recording studio serving locally inspired craft cocktails. With the creative direction of branding agency OMFGCO, the hotel draws upon the historic context and industrial past of the West Midtown neighborhood while setting a new standard for refined hospitality within the greater Atlanta area.
As the design architect for Phase I and Phase II Star Metal projects, Oppenheim Architecture is drawing upon the steel and glass materiality found in its sister buildings, while establishing a unique identity and architectural character for the new hotel and apartments within the neighborhood. Star Metals Hotel+Residences is poised to become the epitome of refinement and design, and a central point of socialization in the city of Atlanta.
