Situated on a 1-acre parcel within the larger 3.3-acre Star Metals District — slated for future high-rise development — this transformative project reimagines an existing warehouse into a dynamic indoor-outdoor destination. With the roof removed, walls opened, and vibrant murals adorning the façade, the space will feature expansive green areas, a beer garden, a full kitchen, and bar, creating a lively gathering spot unlike anything else in the area.
