The Allen Morris Company has partnered with 10th Street Ventures, the prior landowner, to acquire 15.5 acres in Atlanta’s Westside. This submarket will see substantial and immediate job growth as Microsoft is planting its Atlanta campus expansion less than 2,000 feet west of the subject property. This is estimated to bring over 15,000 new jobs to the neighborhood. It is also near Georgia Tech’s new offices and labs as well as the city of Atlanta’s $44 million Westside Reservoir Park, now Atlanta’s largest public park.
The development mixed-use master plan will include 700 residential units across two phases, 70,000 square feet of adaptive reuse office and retail, a flexible commercial pad, and an activated central pedestrian promenade with connectivity to shaded patio retail and the Beltline.
