Allen Morris and Ustler celebrate construction momentum at Creative Village Parcel M Apartments in Orlando

Construction momentum continues at The Allen Morris Company’s Creative Village Parcel M Apartments project in Downtown Orlando. The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the Southeast, hosted a reception to celebrate the project team and vertical construction of the 14-story, 409-unit market rate apartment.


Notable attendees included Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, Orlando City Commissioner District 5 Regina Hill, UCF and Valencia College representatives as well as the project’s financing partner SunTrust Bank.


After shovels hit the ground, attendees enjoyed a reception held at the Bob Carr Theater as The Allen Morris Company, along with the project’s co-developer Ustler Development, Inc., donated $10,000 to the Second Harvest Food Bank at the Academic Center for Excellence (ACE) School in Parramore, an Orange County Public School (OCPS) serving Pre-K – 8th grade.  Second Harvest Food Bank provides meals for 130 homeless students that benefit from the food distribution.

Creative Village Parcel M Apartments broke ground in October 2018 and is centrally located across the street from the new University of Central Florida (UCF) Downtown and Valencia Downtown Campus in Orlando, Florida.


Designed by architect Baker Barrios and with Brasfield & Gorrie as general contractor, residents of the cutting-edge development will enjoy an array of features and amenities including indoor and outdoor socialization areas, rooftop swimming pool, amenity deck, integrated parking garage with bicycle and scooter storage and charging area, a 2.5 acre Central Park across the street, clubhouse and fitness center as well as dog wash. The project will also have a food and beverage anchor on the ground floor. With the unique needs of UCF and Valencia student residents in mind, Creative Village Parcel M will feature approximately 1,000-square-feet of collaboration space on each residential floor in addition to co-working/conference room space.


Creative Village Parcel M Apartments is slated to be completed in the Summer of 2020.
