The 15-story Star Metals Offices is the commercial office component of the $344 million, 4.75-acre Star Metals District development project that includes the recently delivered Star Metals Residences, a world-class luxury rental apartment community with 409 residences.
Now dubbed the Star Metals District, its Howell Mill Rd location affords its residents and visitors proximity to the city’s premier dining, shopping, cultural and entertainment venues.
The LEED Certified, trophy office building totals 267,000 square feet, inclusive of 40,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, and showroom space. It uniquely includes private, curated garden terraces on every floor. The third installment includes the 176-key boutique hotel, which will deliver in Spring 2023 and feature an underground speakeasy and botanical rooftop bar experience.
Star Metals Offices will be anchored by the second flagship Signature by Regus location in the country. IWG, the world’s leading provider of flexible workspace, recently announced that Signature by Regus, the highest-end product in their collection, will occupy the building’s 8th and 9th floors, and will include their exclusive private, outdoor landscaped terraces for collaboration and meetings – one of several unique features offered at Star Metals Offices.
