ATLANTA (May 17, 2021) – IWG, the multinational workspace provider, has announced their second Signature by Regus shared workspace in the U.S. will now be situated at The Allen Morris Company’s Class A+ 267,000 square foot Star Metals Offices development in West Midtown Atlanta.
Previously announced as Regus Spaces, the 56,121 square foot lease will now transition to the globally acclaimed Signature by Regus designation. Signature by Regus is the highest-end product in the IWG collection offering a five-star experience with its flexible workspace and industry-leading technology within a sophisticated environment in several iconic, desirable buildings. It has been introduced in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Paris amongst other leading international cities. In the United States, it is currently offered in Dallas, Texas.
Signature by Regus will occupy the building’s 8th and 9th floors, and will include a private, outdoor landscaped terrace for collaboration and meetings – one of several unique features offered at Star Metals Offices. Additional building amenities include a 30-person conference board room and lounge, 9,000 square foot rooftop restaurant and bar terrace, and collaborative indoor and outdoor spaces on each floor.
